The initial onboarding process we had with Bettina was easy and gave us all the information we needed. We're based in the UK and the core team I believe is based in Australia I usually get a response by the next working day. We have a support team in the UK and Linda has been more than helpful and prompt with her responses. The app is very intuitive, both backend and the user experience are very easy to use. Lots of different features and can adapt to any event we have found. The app can also be whitelisted and branded to every individual event.
