Because they manage all their research, development, and infrastructure completely in-house, updates roll out quickly and system performance is consistently stellar. The tool gets noticeably better every few months.

Fastest broadcast tracking and reliable cross-media search we've used

The most prominent factor is the speed of their transcription. Access to live TV and radio mentions almost instantly (within around 30 seconds to 1 minute of going to air) has changed the way our team approaches media monitoring. The filtering tools have great flexibility as well. It’s easy to set up customised search profiles with complex keywords. The platform is excellent at avoiding noise. It captures digital audio and video content with better transcription accuracy than most conventional media monitoring portals we tested.
