ELMO is functional and effective, however a little bit clunky and counter-intuitive at times.
The home page is easy to navigate and presents well. The side bar is self-explanatory and gives clear direction as to where to find what you're looking for. The 'my pay RTA'/payroll add on is clear, helpful and easy to use. The 'Recruitment' section is good and easy to use as well. The rating column is helpful, as are the categories you can sort candidates into.
