What I appreciate most about Electives is the incredible breadth and depth of its speaker network. Across a wide range of topics—from leadership and communication to well-being, innovation, resilience, and personal growth—the presenters are consistently engaging, knowledgeable, and thought-provoking. Rather than delivering generic presentations, they share practical insights, real-world experiences, and actionable takeaways that spark meaningful discussion and can be applied immediately.

The Electives team took the time to understand the needs of our audience, customize the material, and tailor it to each group based on use cases. They work quickly, are highly responsive to competing priorities, and identify the right facilitators to fulfill specific needs. They have supported us with initiatives centered around our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), professional development and recently, Claude enablement. Across 9 sessions with an average workshop size of 50 people, we maintained an NPS score of 83 or above — a testament to the quality of the experience the Electives team consistently delivered.

I love the live learning aspect of Electives for our team. So many platforms have on-demand learning, but the live learning fosters community within our company and connection outside of the company as well as accountability for our employees. Additionally, I appreciate that we also have access to largetr all-company learnings -- the classes and the high level of expertise of the instructors really sets Electives apart from other solutions.
