Facilitator quality is consistently strong, the platform is easy to use day to day, and Kristina has honestly been the best vendor relationship I've had. She's responsive and genuinely invested in making the program work for us. Worth it. The variety and quality of facilitators alone would be tough to replicate in-house, and the flexibility we get for the price makes it an easy call to keep investing in.

I really like Electives for its very interactive program. Working with a support manager who reviews the catalog with us and outlines our organizational needs makes it feel like you’re getting a consult concierge service. They set up meetings, provide job aids, collect surveys, and keep a good pulse throughout the experience, making sure we’re aligned with the instructors. Electives also makes the content very accessible through their portal, integrating it with our work so employees can revisit trainings and job aids. This integration ensures a consistent pulse on the content, which has a positive impact on behavior. Additionally, the initial setup of Electives was very easy.

A fresh approach to learning and development and speaker engagement sessions. My favorite piece is the nudges and educational follow-up to keep people engaged in the various topics. I also love that they do all the work for you, registration, support with promotion materials, survey follow up, and more!
