You can then easily update/reschedule/cancel the meeting if needed all in the same place as well, and it has the capability to sync to everyone's Outlook calendars for availability purposes. It keeps track of those who you have easily contacted and shared with the Hiring Team, making it easy to go back and look at your progress or updates as needed.
