Tenant to Tenant Migration Done Right, 150 Mailboxes, Zero Headaches

As the company Co-Founder, I'm usually overseeing these projects rather than running them hands on, but I kept a close eye on this one given the business sensitivity around a tenant to tenant migration. EdbMails gave my team a structured process that was easy to follow and monitor from the top down. The delta migration feature was something I particularly appreciated, it meant we could keep both tenants in sync during the transition period and cut over cleanly without a hard downtime window. 150 mailboxes completed without a single escalation reaching my desk, which is honestly the metric I care about most. The audit trail and logs also made it easy to sign off on completion with confidence.

Clean Office 365 to IMAP Migration — Managed 300 Mailboxes Without Any Drama

As an IT Manager overseeing a 300 mailbox migration from Office 365 to IMAP, my biggest concern was keeping the project on track without pulling my team away from everything else they had going on. EdbMails made that possible. The migration ran in the background without constant supervision, I'd check in periodically and everything was progressing exactly as expected. What genuinely impressed me was the data integrity side of things. Emails, attachments, folder structures all transferred correctly. Not a single user came back saying something was missing or out of place which for a rollout this size is a result I'll take every time. The reporting also gave me enough visibility to keep stakeholders updated without having to dig around for information.
