I like that EdbMails Office 365 Migration allows me to have a significant level of control during the migration process. It's great to be able to select specific mailboxes and decide precisely what data to include. The feature that lets me monitor the migration progress is particularly useful from an Exchange administration perspective. I find the ability to apply filtering options very helpful, especially when I need to handle migrations selectively rather than moving everything at once. Additionally, the initial setup was fairly straightforward, especially if you're familiar with Exchange and Microsoft 365 administration.

Zero-Downtime Microsoft 365 Migration with Secure OAuth 2.0 Authentication

As a specialty dental clinic, our email system is the lifeblood of our practice we use it daily for patient appointment confirmations, specialist referrals, and receiving digital X-rays from general dentists. We used EdbMails to migrate our Microsoft 365 environment during a recent organizational restructuring. What I liked best was the Incremental Migration (delta sync) feature. It allowed us to migrate our primary and shared mailboxes (like our frontdesk and referrals accounts) over the weekend while the clinic was closed, and then run a quick sync on Monday morning to catch any weekend emails. This gave us true zero downtime. Furthermore, the software uses OAuth 2.0 modern authentication, which is crucial for us to maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure patient data is securely transferred.
