Moved Off Office 365 to IMAP Without Disrupting a Single User

We made a decision to move away from Office 365 onto an IMAP based platform for cost reasons and needed a tool that could handle the migration reliably without creating chaos for end users. EdbMails was the right call. The migration jobs ran consistently in the background and the folder structure on the IMAP side came through exactly as it was in Office 365, users reconnected their email clients and everything looked exactly as they left it. That continuity made the whole platform switch feel invisible from the user side which kept helpdesk tickets to an absolute minimum throughout the project.

Seamless Office 365 to Office 365 Migration, Exactly What We Needed

We needed to move mailboxes between two Office 365 tenants following an internal reorganization and EdbMails handled it better than I anticipated. The cross tenant mapping was straightforward to configure and the incremental sync kept both environments aligned during the transition period so nobody lost access to their emails mid migration. Everything transferred cleanly, emails, calendars, contacts, folder structures all intact on the destination tenant. The whole operation ran smoothly without pulling significant resources from the rest of the team which was important given everything else we had running simultaneously.

Recovered Deleted Files from an HDD When I Thought They Were Gone for Good

|EdbMails Office 365 Migration
As a Founder, I know accidental deletions can happen, but it's never a pleasant surprise when important files are involved. In my case, a critical folder had already been removed from the Recycle Bin before I realized it was missing. I used EdbMails Windows Data Recovery to perform a deep scan on the HDD, and it was able to locate files that I initially thought were lost permanently. The feature I found most useful was the file preview option. Being able to verify that the files were intact before recovering them gave me confidence in the recovery process and saved time. The recovery itself was straightforward, and the restored files were recovered without any noticeable corruption. I was able to complete the recovery and regain access to the data the same day.
