Flexible Enough to Handle Our Mixed IMAP Environment

What I liked most was that we didn't have to treat every mailbox as a special case. Once we verified the connection settings, the migration process was predictable, and we could work through users in batches without constantly monitoring every task. The progress information made it easy to see what had finished and what still needed attention. By the end of the project, we were spending more time validating user access than troubleshooting the migration itself, which is always a good sign.
