EasyContent has been building content workflow software since 2017. We serve marketing and web agencies, in-house content teams, universities, government departments, healthcare and financial services organizations, and non-profits: teams that publish under a brand where the wrong copy going live is a real problem. We built the product around a specific observation. Most content tools are either a writing surface with no process, or a project tracker with no writing surface. Teams end up drafting in Google Docs, tracking in a spreadsheet, collecting client feedback by email, and pasting the result into a CMS. EasyContent covers the whole path in one place: a page tree that mirrors the site's own sitemap, drafting with change tracking and version history, configurable approval stages with named reviewers, client sign-off through a shareable link with no account required, and publishing to WordPress. We are independent and self-funded. Several products in this category have been acquired and folded into larger suites, and one shut down entirely in 2026.
