Fully Automated Root-Cause Analysis with Lightning-Fast Performance

It’s fully automated. Rather than just flagging an issue, the AI pinpoints the exact root cause, taking much of the human effort out of troubleshooting. Also it integreates seamlessly with any custom or saas based apps. The performance is lightning speed fast with ease of accessbility and UI. The onboarding is pretty straight forward by installing oneAgent for complete monitoring.

The product is marketed to everyone—from execs to designers, marketers, and engineers. That broad appeal helps drive innovation across the enterprise and prevents teams from siloing their technology stack. It’s easy to use, straightforward to implement, and quick to deliver results. I also appreciate its “business process first, technology second” vision, which is rare in the observability space but genuinely critical to making observability successful for a customer.
