I really appreciate durhamlane's ability to listen, understand, and frame solutions that meet our needs without overselling. They have a great knowledge of Salesforce and were willing to be trained to help us, acting as an open resource tailored to our needs. Their flexibility and openness really stood out. They're nimble and agile, able to work with a specific brief, even if it's less than industry standard, rather than treating us like a part of a sausage machine. I was impressed by how they reported back KPIs and progress clearly, so we could see the impact in our CRM. Their commitment helped expand our business reach quickly and their involvement improved consistency in our CRM data entry, which was a real boost for us.
