Drivetrain’s biggest strength is its scenario-modeling capability, paired with a clear single source of truth. It’s easy to create multiple scenarios, compare outcomes side by side, and adjust assumptions quickly without breaking models or duplicating work. This is especially valuable for strategic planning, reforecasting, and decision support. The platform also integrates well with other systems, which helps keep data flowing cleanly and reduces the need for manual reconciliation. Having actuals, forecasts, and scenarios connected in one environment improves confidence in the numbers and supports better alignment across the business.

Modelling tools are easy to understand, outputs are configurable and consistent. Support and onboarding is great, including integration with our existing ERP and other data sources. The MCP server makes it really easy to query and integrate with Claude Code and other AI tools.

Flexibility is the biggest strength for me. If I can visualize a forecasting metric or report, I’ve been able to build it out in the product. Any blockers have always been resolved quickly by the support team.
