I have tried Front, Hiver, Gmelius, and Drag is the best.

|Drag
- Customer service - Being able to click enter button on the collaboration tool when typing a message - Being able to use the delete and archive gmail tool still (gmelius doesnt let you) - Not displaying drag on email when sending an email - Easy userfriendly for creating shared inboxes, and delegating roles and users - Pricing

Signalise Drag Review

|Drag
It's a fantastic platform that facilitates our team's workflow. We're much more efficient with the support of this tool that has clearly thought about UX and UI. Simply put, it makes life easier for the team, so we can focus and see what needs doing.

What is DragApp.com?

Drag is the AI-powered inbox platform for teams on Gmail and Google Workspace. Teams run shared inboxes like support@ and sales@, a help center, live chat and WhatsApp in one place, with Varley, Drag's AI, built in. Drag also connects to Claude and ChatGPT through its MCP server, so teams and their AI agents can work in the same inbox.
