What I like most in Dots platform is the clarity I have in the customer portal regarding the current inventory and IT assets, where it is, who owns it and when I need to replace or renew assets, making managing assets way more easy and efficient for me. As well as the collaboration with the Dots team is seamless, particularly I have them on a Slack channel and a dedicated clients manager that ensures any delivery issues or delays are promptly addressed. Also, integration with HiBob, Kanji, Jamf makes my life so easy when dealing with HR.
