We wanted a flexible, user-friendly tool for our PTA team. While I feel comfortable with SaaS solutions as part of my daily work, I wanted to vet a tool that I could comfortably hand off to others, since I'll eventually leave this PTA to move to the middle school. DonorBox made it SO easy and feel so seamless.
To make matters even better, we are on a free tier and STILL had reps reach out to us to help us get established. I didn't expect that level of support as a free organization, but they've been a huge help.
