I've been working in interlinked software systems for nearly a decade, and DocsAutomator stands out as easy-to-use and incredibly capable product. DocsAutomator integrates perfectly well with Airtable, and maintains robust linkages to Airtable fields (e.g. field renames do not break DocsAutomator setup). Templates are ultra fast to make (starting from scratch or duplication) due to the Google Docs based configuration. From a dedicated status page to better DocsAutomator UI to indicate unifinished Airtable <> DocsAutomator field mapping and many other feedbacks, Rupert has always taken my ideas and suggested workarounds or developed solutions in the product incredibly quickly. Response time has always been excellent with any bug reports. Most "bugs" have been my own user-error, or a downstream effect from an Airtable outage. The straightforward user experiance. Using Google docs as the template gives me the extensive editing functionality of Google Docs. It verifies my templates and indicates which fields are matched with my data points. Integration with AirTable was a no brainer. Customer support is the best I have ever encountered. I get a reply within minutes and issues are resolved within hours.
