Customer Support is always available to help navigate and correct any issues made on our end. The site is easy to use and implementing our needs based on the information we need is a breeze. We utilize CampDoc day in and day out quite frequently from the start of registration until the students check out at the end of our program. There is an abundance of features to choose from and we are able to integrate our normal database site with CampDoc to create a digital partnership of sorts for our programming.

CampDoc's customer service is most helpful. My organization has used CampDoc for many years but this is my first year in the Camp Director role having to go through Onboarding & managing it for camp. Their Client Success Team probably answered the same question my mentor asked 5 times but each time, they took the time to email the answer with the upmost professionalism. They are also very easy to get in touch with including scheduling virtual meetings with. I had a couple questions and was able to sign up for an appointment on the same day! I have also started utilizing their DocNetwork University's online training courses on different features of the CampDoc and related articles. It's made the system way less intimidating. I also really appreciate that they send you a copy of the previous years' camp spreadsheet to use that as a starting tool for the upcoming year's onboarding. It made it very easy for this newbie to submit the spreadsheets for the first time!

CampDoc listened to our needs and complaints regarding our previous software. Then the implementation team took this data to provide us with a solution that addressed these concerns while making it easy to use for parents and staff.
