Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)Excellent Search Engine, Helpful Support
I like CloudFiler because it works well and has an excellent search engine. The search engine's lots of filtering options by sender, receiver, date, topic, etc., make finding emails as required easy. Additionally, I appreciate the good support we received from the CloudFiler team during setup.

The product, the vendor and their pricing are all a breath of fresh air. CloudFiler is a far superior product to our old system, their staff are: easy to contact, know what they are talking about, and quick to respond. In addition, it’s around a third of what we were paying previously.
