I like how CloudFiler generally guesses the correct location for filing. This feature significantly speeds up the process. The search features are also great for finding what I'm looking for, and being able to filter is useful.

The user interface is intuitive. It works well with Outlook Classic that we are already familiar with. It is very quick at suggesting folders once it has had a chance to familiarise itself with the filing system. The pricing was better than the competitor we were using previously. The support from Alec at the beginning and still now is very good, very quick. All in all, we are very pleased with CloudFiler.

I like that it is easy to file into that folder and always know where your email is. Also makes it easier when getting ready to archive a project.
