Hands down the most intuitive email builder I've ever used. I am a designer so it was very familiar for me but I reccomend it for non designer users because the interface is intuitive and easy to use.

The interface is very intuitive. When you spend a few minutes on it, you'll realize there are a lot of customization possibilities, it's not a basic drag and drop. The customer service is excellent, they respond very fast and not very generic answers. They really try to understand your needs, and help you the best they can. I really recommend this tool for someone who wants to QUICKLY build a good-looking e-mail, and then add in the CMS a few personnalization token.
