Deeper Signals is a scientifically sound personality test that is based on the Big Five Model. Deeper Signals understands that there is no good or bad personality and managed to design a personality profile report that looks objective and unbiased while clearly pointing out possible strengths and areas for development as well as personal risk factors. The report is written and designed in a way that people can gain a good understanding of their personality just by reading it - a great base to go deeper with the coaching. The portal is very easy to use and has a lot of time-saving features such as team profiles.

Deeper Signals tools are quick, versatile, affordable and reliable. Being able to apply the tools at scale and in multiple settings for clients makes it easier for me as a coach to support development solutions at individual, team and organisation-wide level.
