Intuitive and Customisable for Regulatory Compliance
I like how user-friendly and intuitive Decision Focus is. A lot can be customized to meet our needs. The notifications and information provided at each step make the process easy to follow and ensure no important steps are missed. Simon Vaughan has been absolutely brilliant during the setup process, helping to configure the tool in a way that responds to our needs and offering insightful suggestions for improvement.

Outstanding Experience: Highly Configurable No-Code Tool with Expert Support
The experience with Decision Focus has been outstanding. The team are exceptionally knowledgeable which enables us as a team to work through options / solutions in an efficient manner. The tool itself is highly configurable / adaptable tailoring to our needs as a company. As the tool is a no code solution (with the exception of PDF report outputs), it will enable us to be self sufficient in the future.
As the Project Manager I have mainly worked with the Implementation Manager at DF, who has blown me away with his knowledge, efficiency and tenacity to help us get to the right outcome across all of the 9 modules we have been implementing.
