DocketTrak allows users to create "AutoDockets" based on certain triggers that are programmable by the user. DocketTrak syncs with the Patent and Trademark Office (Patent and Trademark records/events) and allows the AutoDockets to trigger and create events. The auto-created events allow us to assign tasks to staff and keep work flow timely and efficient. One of the interesting things about DocketTrak is that it is highly customizable, if you want, yet it also is very effective in its simplest form. We have been using DocketTrak for years and it has helped our firm increase productivity and manage our patent portfolios very easily. The user-interface is basic, but it allows this platform to be utilized without any distractions or delays. Customer service and support are personalized and nearly instantaneous. Onboarding was very easy years ago and a customer support tech walked us through the entire process.
