All our production control and quality control documents have been on Paperless for several years now. The quick archiving of documents saves us a lot of time; no more need to file everything. It is easy to program a document so that what we want to validate is automatically validated and what is non-compliant is visually easy to trace. The Paperless Forms Program allows me to monitor all documents as infomration is being put into them throughout the day. We no longer have to wait until paper forms are turned in to catch and address problems. The forms also allow the employees to receive instant feedback on whether items are in Spec or not so they can fix problems before they get out of hand. It is also eaier to find and seach up document archives when looking for past documentation.
