I find Data8 - Data Quality Solutions very easy to use, with a website that's easy to navigate. The documentation is great, and I don't have to struggle to find out how to do things since everything is laid out clearly. The user interface of the website is very clean and clear. I've had very good positive interactions with their staff, who contacted me, guided me through the process, and offered any help I needed. The pricing is very competitive, and along with the good customer support, the product is certainly worth the price, probably more.

It’s very easy to use with the drag and drop interface and error fix prompts. Uploading data and using our previous templates saves a lot of time. Our relationship with the account manager is fantastic as well. Getting data back into our CRM is very easy, and we have found flags to be accurate

Great service all round for a first-time user
The portal is so simple to use, the detailed options for cleansing services and which external sources are then used are fantastic. The field mapping is very user-friendly, and the results are really fast. Great to be able to see cost up-front too. Had a fantastic introduction to the portal with Michael Kelly, and using the portal really was as simple as he demonstrated
