We like the ease and speed of using Data 8, their platform is easy to use and their staff are always on hand to guide you through any non standard requirements. I was skeptical at first as to whether the data was really authentic but having used the service for nearly a year now I can happily say the quality of the checking and cleansing has been excellent.

They have a great support team and always fix any errors or hiccups I have with their data verification tool - we can always ensure we don’t lose any important data and save our advertising budget on our campaigns

The simplicity of the user experience for their solutions is excellent and very easy to use. Little training is needed for users with little to no experience to use the projects and don't even realise the customisations in the background that provide their experience. It works exactly as expected it to be. The responses from both Simon and this Tech Support team on many different queries from installation, set-up, customisations and issues (mostly user error!) has been exceptional and their service was above expectations and compared to other companies they have been very professional and accommodating. We are using 3 of their Solutions / Products: Duplicare, Email Validation and Predictive Address in our CRM. We intend to look at a later date if any of their other products would help improve data quality and user experience and their pricing is very competitive. There isn't anything else available on the market to compete with their products and Microsoft could learn from them.
