The most helpful part of using Dakota is that it automatically updates for changing regulations. The upsides are that the program is customizable to a facility's specific situation. The customer support has been great and implementation of our facilities was relatively easy.

I really like the program's easy bulk upload features and the software's ability to show customizable trends and data quickly.

The auditor module is the what our organization uses the most frequently. It is a great tool for internal auditing to keep your site or organization in compliance with OSHA regulations for any and all EHS programs. While we have not yet expanded to other modules internally, the system also makes it very easy to create and track action items for closing gaps when identified, and their compliance module is extremely helpful for visibility on compliance based items, like annual reports, permit requirments, site or company requirements, and more. We are currently exploring more ways to implement Dakota long term. The Dakota team is extremely responsive to any and all inquiries, and is very quick to help resolve. They're training is also great. They will record and send sessions to your team that can be uploaded to a company intranet for onboarding and training.
