I like being able to track safety trends both short term and long term. The ability to have graphical representation is extremely helpful when discussing safety areas of improvement with colleagues. I really appreciate several features: uploading several Tracer items with just a few clicks, filtering/unfiltering data within the graphs, and setting up alerts for action item reminders.
