The program is updated quite often, making it a pretty good awareness program that's kept up to date by the developers. I also find them super responsive when it comes to support. They're very willing to listen to suggestions about adding features, and although these aren't always implemented right away, they do listen, which is nice. Their response time to issues has always been a big plus for me, since having support available when you need it is important. Even if it's just for something simple like how to run a report, they've been very responsive. Overall, the participation has been very high, and people have been pretty happy with it. Additionally, we didn't switch from another product, but we evaluated a bunch of other products and found that this one was not only the most cost-effective but also had the most robust tools available for training.
