We've been using CyberHoot across our client base for a few years now and the thing that's kept us on it is how light-touch it is to run. Once a client's enrolled, training just happens in the background. The videos are short enough that end users actually finish them, which is half the battle with awareness training. The reporting is also genuinely useful when we're sitting in a client review and need to show what's been completed and where the gaps are. For an MSP, it does the job without becoming another platform we have to babysit.

We’ve been very impressed with CyberHoot. The training is well-made, clear, and concise. Even though each lesson is quick to complete, our team has taken away a lot from them and genuinely enjoys the gamification elements and the leaderboards. CyberHoot has also been great to work with; when we’ve needed to make changes or optimize how we use the platform, we’ve been able to get real answers from real people (including their CEO!). Finally, we really appreciate their commitment to supporting non-profits like us.

I like the ease of use of CyberHoot Cybersecurity Awareness Training. It's easy to use and it keeps track of who has completed training and who hasn't, sending out notifications when someone falls behind. The program is updated quite often, making it a pretty good awareness program that's kept up to date by the developers. I also find them super responsive when it comes to support. They're very willing to listen to suggestions about adding features, and although these aren't always implemented right away, they do listen, which is nice. Their response time to issues has always been a big plus for me, since having support available when you need it is important. Even if it's just for something simple like how to run a report, they've been very responsive. Overall, the participation has been very high, and people have been pretty happy with it. Additionally, we didn't switch from another product, but we evaluated a bunch of other products and found that this one was not only the most cost-effective but also had the most robust tools available for training.
