One of the best things - you are almost totally independent of your developers. You don't need to constantly ask them to add something to your website code to measure goals and create funnels, segments and filters. The retroactive analysis also came out very handy at the beginning of my journey with CUX when I was unsure about what I wanted to measure and later when I started to build and check the hypotheses.
CUX also has excellent customer support. They've helped me a lot when I was stuck setting complicated goals or funnels and are very open about accepting suggestions.
