CultureBot allows for the automation of important dates for the team. Such as birthdays and work anniversaries. This gives me back valuable time in my day since I can depend on CultureBot to do the heavy lifting for me.

After looking at lots of different culture apps/bots for SLACK, there were 3 main features we decided we wanted: - water cooler topics - employee shoutouts - birthday/work anniversary messages Culture Bot was the only app that did all 3 of these things to a high level. Importantly, after testing the bot and then letting the team know that we wanted the ability to show dates in Australia format (DD-MM-YYYY instead of MM-DD-YYYY), it was implemented just a few days later! Matt again then followed up after our trial and wanted genuine feedback on improving the bot, so I can only expect it to keep getting better.
