It's a great app to spice up company culture and amp up engagement. I would especially recommend it for their customer care, everything from setup to updates & catchups about updates - they are so highly dedicated to growing and developing their product, it's truly remarkable. Oh and they don't just update; they're interested in how you use each feature - so they themselves understand their product better and better. And I really appreciate the fact that there's more ways than one to set up different features to make them work best for your company. We currently mainly use the birthdays feature, some watercooler & trivia, and surveys. And let me tell you, setting up surveyss/polls is a breeze! The data compilation /presentation is spot-on, making it easy to track and analyze feedback.

I personally enjoy the prompts that are sent to each of our Slack channels to prompt engagement from our employees. They are fun and inviting and easy to answer! Implementation was simple and straightforward and our rep was able to answer our questions and provide solutions to our problems in real time
