I love how easy CrankWheel is to use. You can just send a text message to a client, and they can join the meeting. It's efficient, fast, and self-explanatory with nothing clunky about it. It's very easy for the client to use as well. I also like how the initial setup was super easy. The owner of the agency found it to be a real game changer and had no complaints about setting it up. The ability to share screens with clients in real time so they can actually see the numbers and policies for themselves is a huge benefit.
