Though this feature allow other user to take control of the screen, I love the part where the user can easily take back the control when the user wants to. Management of users ca be easily manage on this platform with the organized dashboard. The list of user can be transported to CSV and excel files. I love the capability of this platform to integrate with numerous CRM providers like Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot etc. The scheduling and screen sharing of this platform is really good on this platform. The API integration capability of this platform is also worth mentioning. The availability of instant demos allows user to learn the platform better. Other than this the reports of this platform also allows user to have the information about the usage and leaderboards. The platform have a user friendly interface. The onboarding of this platform is easy and secured. I feel that the performance of this platform is reliable and satisfactory.
