It's great because they've formed a relationship with us over the years, and they know us better than we do, especially in travel. It's a great company that uses real people to work with other real people rather than just online booking. It feels more trustworthy that there's a person involved. Joseph Marinelli, the agent we work with, makes everything easy for us and gets things done right away and knows exact details of what everyone wants and likes. The weekend staff is pretty fast too, and this is something our bosses especially appreciate.
