There are many things I like about CT. First, the support from the team. We are always treated as if our company is the only client, which I know is not the case. Every single person I personally interact with responds to any of my needs or questions quickly and is always happy to assist. One instance, I had 8 executives in Denver with a cancelled flight. All needed to get home that day. Spencer and Collin handled the entire group even when the airline had control of their tickets. It was before regular hours and I was lucky enough to have Spencer on the phone with me assisting to the highest degree. It was unforgettable and we were all very grateful for it! Another favorite still belongs to the team, they are making sure we are able to share the value behind having CT for our employees. We meet regularly. Brie was just added to our team and she is also another ray of sunshine within the CT team. Everyone is so attentive to our needs and they do it all with a smile. We are very fortunate to have CT helping us with all our travel needs.

I like how easy Corporate Traveler is to book and use. The employee experience seems pretty good, and I like the support. It also makes it easy for employees to book travel and does a good job sending receipts for finance and accounting after bookings.

Corporate Traveler is very convenient to go through for travel, especially when I need to book for multiple colleagues. The self booking platform, Melon, is also very convenient when I just want to do something quickly.
