At the beginning, digital onboarding was especially important to me. Now, I regularly use the portal to inform myself about projects, events, and news from other teams. Particularly, the groups and the social intranet ensure that exchanges do not only occur within one's own team. This way, I get more insights into the company and find the right contacts more quickly.

For us, the biggest advantage is that important information and processes are no longer scattered in different places. The employees know exactly where to look, and as a result, they spend significantly less time searching. Especially with multiple locations, this makes a noticeable difference in everyday life. By digitizing our processes, we work more productively and in a more structured manner today. The user interface also convinces us: it looks modern, is clearly structured, and is easy to use in everyday work.

What I like best is that I no longer have to search for information and documents in different places. Whether at home, in the office, or on the go: I can access the necessary content via my smartphone. I find it particularly practical that we can represent not only company news but also everyday processes through the portal. For example, our food orders are collected and automatically sent to the restaurant every day at 10 a.m. This actually saves us time.
