What I particularly appreciate about the employee portal is the social intranet, as it allows me to exchange, like, and comment, especially after events or when new colleagues arrive. Regular visits to the social feed are motivated. The canteen ordering feature is also noteworthy, as it allows us to choose and have our meals delivered daily, saving a lot of time. The survey function provides valuable information from employees, enabling us to better design processes. The digitization of many processes significantly accelerates our workflows. Integration with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Azure ensures that new employees are automatically synchronized, giving us a good overview.

At the beginning, digital onboarding was especially important to me. Now, I regularly use the portal to inform myself about projects, events, and news from other teams. Particularly, the groups and the social intranet ensure that exchanges do not only occur within one's own team. This way, I get more insights into the company and find the right contacts more quickly.

For us, the biggest advantage is that important information and processes are no longer scattered in different places. The employees know exactly where to look, and as a result, they spend significantly less time searching. Especially with multiple locations, this makes a noticeable difference in everyday life. By digitizing our processes, we work more productively and in a more structured manner today. The user interface also convinces us: it looks modern, is clearly structured, and is easy to use in everyday work.
