For me, it is particularly important that the Corporate Portal connects our locations without losing the individual areas of each location. We have more than ten locations. Through the portal, employees can exchange ideas across locations and communicate with each other through groups and the internal social network. At the same time, each location has its own pages and areas where local news, documents, and other information can be published. The central employee directory is also very helpful. It used to be somewhat cumbersome to find a contact person at another location. Today, you can search directly for people and see much faster who works where.

What we like best is that with Corporate Portal we can represent many different topics in one central place. The central and location-specific news, the groups for our various teams and locations, and the employee directory are particularly important to us. <br><br>The ability to build our own pages and areas and provide content specifically to certain employee groups is also very helpful for us. <br><br>A major advantage is that we can also organize HR processes such as digital onboarding and mandatory instructions through the portal. This gives us significantly more structure and many pieces of information are more quickly accessible to our employees.

What I like best is that we can offer our fitness community a protected and clear area. News, exercises, and internal events are available in one place. Through the social feed and comments, members stay in touch with each other. This makes our community feel more personal and closely connected.
