Simple, Reliable Coram Cameras with Great Support and Smart Features
The Coram portal is simple and intuitive to navigate. With the Coram system, our entire organization has been able to set up cameras in rooms across numerous locations, and it is easy to add users. The cameras are reliable, and downloading or sharing footage is simple - this is essential in an ABA therapy setting where staff are supervising virtually. The support has been great - we work with Todd Harris, who has been quick to respond. The camera features are nice, like automatic movement detection and face recognition. Pricing is expensive but you get what you pay for, and it's a good product.

A Flexible, Easy-to-Use Escape from Vendor Lock-In
Flexibility is the word that comes to mind. From receiving trial equipment according to our needs, to bundling orders for multiple locations, the team is willing to work with me based on timing, financial, and operational variables in my company. Regarding the platform and products, it's top-notch. The browser UI is very similar to that of another well-known system. Deploying the NVR and cameras is simple, and the video quality and feature customization capabilities in the UI are great. Most importantly, no vendor lock in, so we have flexible options for compatible cameras instead of being stuck with a fleet of $1-$2k proprietary cameras that all need to be replaced at end of life.
