User-Friendly, Time-Saving AI for Security Management
I find Coram AI very easy to use and incredibly user-friendly. The AI system helps us to find things on video much quicker compared to our previous system. We can now watch video footage and follow someone more quickly and easily, as it automatically pulls up the camera we need, instead of manually selecting cameras. This feature saves us a lot of time, especially with our busy schedule serving 600 students across four districts. It makes searching camera footage take minutes instead of hours, which was a huge improvement over our antiquated system.

Helpful Support and an Easy-to-Use Setup Experience with Coram
I really liked the support system they had. They were very helpful throughout the transition from our previous camera system. The NVR was easy to set up and was able to detect most of our cameras right away. The software and UI were also user-friendly and straightforward to navigate. The features were explained clearly, which made it easier for users who aren’t very knowledgeable about technology. Lastly, our tech representative Dom, was really informative through the process.

Seamless Camera Integration Across 17 Locations with Outstanding Support
The integration was seamless with our existing cameras. Our rep Dominick was extremely helpful and responsive. We have it running at 17 locations and it working very well. We are still in the process of setting the back end walls and such, which is very easy
