Our previous annual Compensation process was run off spreadsheets and was inefficient, prone to errors, extremely time consuming and lacked any level of data integrity. Implementing Comprehensive removed all of these worries for us - the ability to see pay range tables for every employee, use logic to calculate salary increase recommendations and Bonus payments and expose only relevant information via permissions to our People Leaders and Reviewing Managers has given them a 360 degree view of their team's compensation which then seamlessly follows an approval process. At the end of the process, the seamless production of the Compensation Statements removed the headache of manually producing them and ensured complete data inegrity and therefore 100% confidence in the process and the system from start to finish!
