allows the company to stay in touch with the demands and actions of the customers. Improves the sales and services of a business. strengths the bond between company and customer. Shows opportunities to keep the customer happy and satisfied. Keeps and collects all the information in one place. Does some work that reduces the work for the company. The businessman can take some other work and help them to refresh their minds.

Compass CRM is best tool for customer relationship management

Compass CRM is a tool allows me to stay in touch with different contacts and with specific reminder. This tool is intelligent based CRM for real estate agent and brokerages, this automatically prompts action to take by user with important people to prevent things from falling apart.

I am a realtor who DOES NOT RECOMMEND this.

I am a realtor with a team of agents. And I REGRET terribly ever using Contactually. Setting up a CRM is a pain so that is why I have kept using for past 5+ years. So I am very experienced with the product. At least in the past the support could actually help and not treat us so poorly. Now Compass owns it and have literally said creating a totally different product and don't care about the old Contactually clients. The main reason we got it was so everyone on the team could see what other team members interactions were with the client. It's not worth getting even for that now.
