Cognito integrates seamlessly into our website backend and is extraordinarily user-friendly. It helps us stay organized and provides every feature we need for gathering data from our users. The customer and IT support with Cognito is unparalleled—I’ve consistently been impressed with their response time. I also appreciate that the company keeps features up to date, current, and accessible. Other important features are: the forms save our staff time and enable us to perform our jobs better. The forms are powerful and process information quickly, and they track data very well. Cognito is in a perfect price point for organizations, especially non-profit.

I really appreciate that Cognito Forms is easy to use, especially when it comes to building forms. The integration of an AI tool that helps create forms based on descriptions is fantastic. I love being able to input exactly what I need for a form, and it generates all the options and inputs I require. It's great that I can still edit the form even after the AI builder creates it, allowing me to add or delete information as needed. I also like that you don't have to purchase the premium package to still use the program effectively. Additionally, I'm enjoying using the forms for payments, which has been very beneficial for my business.

Ease of use, customer service, creative new enhancements and improvements and communication. This tool is SO user friendly, I've never waited longer than a day to get feedback (Almost ALWAYS within an hour or two) and they are CONSTANTLY adding new features and functionality.
