I love that Cognito Forms allows me to send clients a quick link to complete important documents, which streamlines the work for me as a small business owner. I appreciate being able to design the forms myself, and it's pretty intuitive. Adding a signature line and the guidance to create documents are features I find really useful. The ability not to use multiple channels, documents, and workflows to achieve less paper and hassle for both me and my clients is also a big plus. Switching to Cognito Forms from Jot Forms was a good decision because it was better and allowed us to achieve our goals. The initial setup was pretty easy too, which made the transition smoother.
