Polished, Professional Forms At A Reasonable Subscription for Nonprofits

I like that the final product looks and feels like an actual form, rather than something that came straight out of Google Forms. While Google is free for nonprofits, Cognito Forms offers an aggressive discount for qualified nonprofit organizations. For me, the subscriptionnfee is well worth it for the quality.

User-Friendly, Consistently Branded Forms with Helpful Support

I like being able to brand each of my forms, create templates, and then use those templates to produce consistent, branded forms—even when other users on my team are the ones creating them. The software is user-friendly and has a short learning curve, which reduces the amount of time I need to spend training new employees. We’ve had very few issues with the product overall, and when I’ve had questions, the support team has been extremely helpful.

Customizable Forms with Seamless Usability

I love the customization of the forms in Cognito Forms. The ability to have dependent boxes that show up based on criteria, duplicate email verification, and access codes makes achieving an extreme depth in form creation easy. It centralizes all our data and provides an easily customizable format that lets us use one form for many different use cases. The initial setup was very easy.
