Straightforward Setup and Intuitive for Timesheets

I find CMap easy to use and fairly intuitive. The timesheet feature is particularly helpful as it gives me a good overview of how I use my time and allows me to see how the people I line manage are spending theirs. The functionality is better compared to what we used before, and the individual user setup was very straightforward.

Modern, Easy-to-Navigate UI with Great Support—But Some Gaps Create Extra Work

I find it fairly easy to navigate and the UI/UX is much better than similar tools on the market. It looks modern and easy to follow, especially if you've used PSA tools prior. There are continuous improvements and CMap is looking at pulling AI into various aspects of the workflow. There is good support if you have questions and when tickets are logged there is a quick response.

Excellent Timesheets and Centralized Project Info, Backed by Great Onboarding

|CMap
Brings a lot of project information into one place. The timesheet features are just excellent. Kyle Lawton's onboarding sessions were also excellent. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain the platform practically, making it easy to understand the core functionality and how it could be applied within our business. Despite some adoption challenges, the onboarding experience itself was very positive and well delivered.
