Very helpful for bridging Stripe to QBO

Synder's customer support has been very helpful in training us as well as working with our in-house tech team to incorporate more features specifically to our needs. The initial connection to QBO was simple. The program has been relatively easy to connect to and they've been helpful in taking our data needs to the next level.

The system is pretty easy to use. The only area that can be confusing is the smart rules but the support team was able to assist us with those.

Excellent Customer Service

Although the platform is extremely easy to use, I did have a question, so I reached out to customer service via Chat and was immediately taken care of by Tata. She gave first rate service, responded to my needs, asked the appropriate questions as well as the questions I didn't think of or consider, covering all the bases and not letting up until I was 100% satisfied. Great team, great tool. I definitely recommend Synder!
