Synder Drastically Reduced the Time Needed to Close the Books at My SaaS Clients. The Smart Rules Feature works great to customize categorization of different revenue streams, products, and customers. Although there is a bit of up-front work getting the settings configured correctly, once this is done Synder essentially runs itself. And even when something goes wrong due to user error or issues with system integrations, they have a fantastic support team (shout out to Anna, who recently helped solved a big mess at one of my clients within a few hours).

We have been using this program for less than a year, and sor far, we are very satisfied with Synder! We had an issue with some failed transactions that weren't synced into QBO and Synder team resolved them quickly over chart. We are very impressed with their customer support.We highly recommend.
